Fight Flight and Bite!!!

Chester hasn't always been the valient leader of the pack but like the real world had to establish his position in a cut throat environment which was both figuritively and literally dog eat dog.

I will paint a picture of the environment, and the circumstances of what Chester the Cavalier king Charles Spaniel faced in becoming the Alpha Dog.

First of all chester was at a complete environmental disadvantage.

Chester had at least three environmental factors that he was confronted with.

1. Chester was placed in an environment that he had never been before.
2. He was placed in an environment that was the existing packs home territory.
3. He was placed in a physically unconfortable location whereabouts he was in extreme hot weather and also on a balcony where fear of heights could prevail.

So what happened?
Chester Acknowledged his disadvantages  but always knew that his advantages would be more than enough to gain position and leadership.

Chester's Attitude
When placed in a positional disadvantegde like dogs we can do either of "Fight or flight" with fight being the affermative.

Chester knew this and also knew that there is much more to fighting than latching on the throat of your adversary. If it were as simple as that and as one dimensional we could call it "Fight or bite".

Chester is a fighter and contained within this Fighting mentality are many positive strength based factors.

1.Chester has has a positive attitude
2.He always recognises what resources he has, knowing that they will always outway the challenge
3.Chester never loses sight of the things that he wants. More correctly Chester never loses dight or doubts the things he knows he can and will attain.

These mental factors were already apparent but produced fruit or evidence when dealing with his introduction to the pack.

Stay tuned to see how Chester rose to the top and became Alpha Dog.

Fright in the dog and Fight in the dog

As previously introduced Chester the dog has qualities that we can all learn from to help our lives be more fruitful and happier.

Chester has cemented himself as leader of the pack of dogs who physically have the qualities to overpower him and logically place his rank at the bottom of the pack hierarchy. Chesters pack involves a red healer (Australian Cattle Dog), a German shepherd and an American Staffy.

How does Chester lead a pack that could literally eat him alive?

Chester is very self aware as far as his physical qualities go but with that said he does not let the fear of what the larger dogs could do affect what what he wishes to achieve.

This can be simplified by "the amount of fright in the dog will always limit the amount of fight in the dog".

Now Chester asserts this lack of fear with a calm controlled demeanor that is void of aggression. Chester does assert his dominance when required through strategic action but not as an act of aggression that is the fruit of fear.

These principals are seen through animals but rightly so for people too.

Is your fear causing you to limit yourself, to react inappropriately or allow yourself to not see who you really are?

Are people limiting you because you are limiting yourself?

As a Social Media Expert, Entrepeneur, personal and professional development expert I am always amazed at what I Have learned, and been awakened to when viewing the actions and relationships of my dogs.

I would like to introduce Chester an eight year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. As a podgy 15 kilogram or lets say 32 lb dog he has the self belief, attitude and social intellect which young and old could learn from to be happy, confident and results driven high performer.

Thought of the day "its not the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog"

To understand this concept one must come to grips with

"amount of fight in the dog will always be limited to by the amount of fright in the dog"

Stay tuned for me to show you how Chester and his friends emulates these concept
